Add many products at once to Bitrix24 using the Product import option. This is valuable for the initial product catalog load. Follow the steps described below.

Step 1. Prepare your import file

Form a product data file in CSV format. To make the process easier, download the file example from Bitrix24.

1. Go to CRM > Inventory > Product catalog.
2. Click the gear button and select Product import.
3. Click Download next to the Import file example.

Step 2. Import your file to Bitrix24

Once your file is ready, you can import it to Bitrix24.

1. 1. Go to CRM > Inventory > Product catalog.

1. 1. Click the gear button and select Product import.

1. 1. Choose the file you want to upload.

1. 1. Select the data file encoding (1) and the correct column separator (2). For the import file example, it’s a comma.
      You can use the Auto-Detect (1) option, and Bitrix24 will select the correct data file encoding.

1. 1. After that, click Next and configure field mapping.

At the bottom of the page, you will see the example of the import data.

1. 1. Click Next to start the import process and wait until the end.
   2. Wait until the end of the process, then click Ready.

Done! Products have been successfully imported.
